I'm RJ Smith, a 21-year-old actor based in the Chicagoland area, passionate about bringing stories to life through authentic and emotionally resonant performances. I connect deeply with the characters I portray, drawing from personal experiences to create honest and memorable work. I thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with fellow actors and directors to deliver strong, impactful scenes.

I have trained in a variety of acting techniques and have experience in both stage and screen performances, though my true focus now is on film, television, and commercial work. I can convincingly play roles between the ages of 17 and 25, and I especially enjoy projects that allow me to explore emotional depth and range.

Outside of acting, I enjoy playing guitar, singing, and spending time with dogs — I'm known among friends and family as a true "dog whisperer." I also love golfing and staying active. While I appreciate my theater roots, I am now fully focused on screen acting and excited to take on new opportunities in series work, films, and commercials.
